Job Responsibilities :
- Create and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
- Design, administer, and grade assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback to students.
- Maintain a positive and conducive classroom environment, managing student behavior effectively.
- Contribute to curriculum development and collaborate with colleagues to ensure program consistency.
- Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations as per Pearson’s criteria & DIS exam Policy.
- Mentor junior teachers and lead academic committees and school events.
- Participate in professional development workshops and stay updated with the latest educational trends.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, and participate in parent-teacher meetings.
- Maintain accurate student records and complete related administrative tasks.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and school staff, participating in staff meetings and committees.
- Integrate technology into teaching practices and utilize online platforms for remote learning.
- Support students’ emotional and social development within a supportive classroom atmosphere.
