Responsibilities & Context

• Lead, mentored, and motivated a team of admission counsellors and visa officers.
• Ensure that team members achieve individual and collective targets for client satisfaction, application processing, and visa success rates.
• Guide students in selecting the best-fit universities, courses, and countries based on their qualifications and career aspirations.
• Manage and process university applications, ensuring all requirements are met accurately and promptly.
• Provide comprehensive assistance in visa applications, including document preparation and compliance with country-specific regulations.
• Stay updated on immigration policies, university admission criteria, and visa guidelines.
• Effectively communicate with students, parents, and universities to address queries and provide status updates.
• Resolve complex documentation issues and help students overcome application challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of applications, communications, and progress
• Collaborate with the team to refine processes and contribute to WEMS’s growth and success.
