Responsibilities & Context

The Team Leader (Image Editing Services) at Outsource Experts Limited (PATH) is an Executive Postion within the Research & Development department. The primary focus is on monitoring and researching industry trends, technologies, and workflows to enhance image processing services. This role also involves analyzing data from Production Management Software, identifying and creating new tools and planning and developing advanced editing process to improve averall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identifying, creating, and developing advanced editing processes to enhance the efficiency of different image editing services.
• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including Production Management Software to evaluating data and deriving logically validated observations.
• Conducting research on advanced tools and technologies in the photo editing industry using resources available online.
• Performing high-quality photo editing across all services provided by Path (vector conversion is optional).
• Create documentation on image editing different tools and techniques for subcontractors.
• Conducting training sessions on different tools and techniques of photo editing services for subcontractors.
• Auditing subcontractors’ service-related performance and suggest for develipment areas.
• Analyzing various data points, preparing reports, and writing process guidelines.
