Responsibilities & Context
SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Team Leader to oversee the electrical maintenance and utility teams, including HVAC, in our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment and will be responsible for leading a team of electricians and technicians. The candidate must ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance with electrical codes and standards.
JOB DUTIES

Lead and supervise a team of electricians and technicians responsible for the electrical maintenance of machinery, power systems, utilities, and HVAC systems.

Actively perform hands-on troubleshooting and repairs of electrical equipment, production machinery, and power systems when needed.

Complete preventive (as scheduled) and corrective maintenance for all electrical systems.

Ensure all tasks are performed with relevant electrical codes and standards (i.e. NFPA, BNBC, 90Days, etc.)

Guide team members on electrical systems, safety protocols, and standards.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain records of maintenance activities.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure all systems operate efficiently.

Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of tasks.
