Education
- Diploma, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
- Graduation from any reputed Institute
Experience
- 2 to 5 years
Additional Requirements
- Site experience in heavy Interior/Civil/ Infrastructure projects.
- Computer knowledge must MS Excel, AutoCAD, Drawing Study Quality.
- Candidate should be practical experienced in Interior & Furniture Fabrication Works.
- Candidate should be experienced and have strong knowledge in Product Quality Check especially in the Supervision of Interior finishing works.
Responsibilities & Context
- Report work progress to reporting Boss.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors.
- Respond to work delays, emergencies and other construction problems.
- Comply with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Ensuring Interior & Furniture installation matches drawings and specifications.
- Monitoring contractor productivity and efficiency to ensure work is completed within established schedules.
- Accepting material deliveries and tracking material delivery status.
- Maintaining records of past and present projects to facilitate lessons learned.
- Working with management to maintain contractor relationships for future projects.
- Prepare Site Materials Estimation, Contractor Bill Checking & Requisition.
- Attending and/or leading project meetings.
