Responsibilities & Context
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections and orders
- Ensure accurate and timely food preparation and service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and kitchen areas
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep and cleaning tasks as needed
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Handle customer feedback and complaints politely and professionally
- Work cooperatively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management
