Additional Requirements

Experience in implementing EMR / EHR & ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Meditech, Advanced MD, Practice Fusion etc·
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with commercial teams to understand business processes, challenges and goals.
Work closely with the IT team to analyze the company’s existing data architecture and systems.
Synthesize inputs from multiple stakeholders into detailed and actionable requirement documents.
Identify gaps between current capabilities and desired outcomes, proposing effective solutions.
Serve as the main point of contact for the third-party ERP, e-commerce and app development agencies.
Implement EMR/EHR systems and integrate it with the existing tech systems.
Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, budget and deadlines.
Clearly articulate technical and business requirements to third-party agencies, providing ongoing clarification as needed.
Oversee design, development and testing phases to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.
Act as the liaison between commercial, IT and external partners, ensuring transparent and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular status updates with internal and external stakeholders to track progress and address roadblocks.
Translate technical jargon into business terms for stakeholder comprehension.
Review deliverables from third-party agencies to ensure they meet quality standards and align with requirements.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) in collaboration with internal teams.
Oversee the deployment and transition of new systems into live operations.
Monitor the performance of deployed systems and identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in ERP & EMP systems, e-commerce platforms and mobile applications to propose innovative solutions.
