Ever Green Sewing Machine Co., Ltd a leading Industrial Sewing Machine company in Hong Kong that provides highly technology sewing machinery in garments sector retail and whole seller. Ever Green Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. Liaison Office in Bangladesh looking to hire smart, energetic and bright professionals who would add more proficiency and passion to our business. WE are looking for a smart Technical & IE Senior Manager who has good command in Chinese, Bengal & English language. We are looking for an efficient Industrial Engineer for the position of IE Senior Manager for undergarments factory. Who will be responsible for leading the IE team of the company. He/She will be proactive and dynamic regarding knowledge and application of new technology and engineering tools and Technics for a garments factory’s production system

• To support the garment technical and quality functions of the company ( from sampling through to final inspection )

• To manage the garment technologists in their samples evaluation work, coordinating with the local factories technical teams

• To manage the QA teams ensuring that all inspections are conducted as per company’s and customers requirements, coordinating with the factories senior management teams

• Working closely with the merchandising team to ensure that key dates for sampling and inspection are maintained as per company’s & customers expectations.

• Working on line layout and line balancing intended to sustainable production efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum efficiency using IE method / tools

• Innovate and benchmark new method/ technique/ ideas to improve and achieve manufacturing excellence

• Planning and Evaluation of production process, identifying the setback and recommending process improvement.

• Garments operations breakdown and estimate standard time.

• Measure production works following the method of Time Study.

• Working on line layout and line balancing intended to sustainable production efficiency.

• Follow-up day to day production quantity to assure everything is running smoothly

• Finalize the operation bulletins, line targets, line balancing build up, for the new styles.

• Train operators for particular operation as needed for specific steps.

• Continue to look for opportunity to implement work aids to reduce steps, time and cost

• Proven and successful track record at a senior level in garment technical and quality management areas

• Strong problem solving and judgment skills

• Very strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla

• Very good ability to be able to translate technical information to non-technical people

• Experience and ability to work with all levels of employees in a multi-cultural and multi-national organization

• Extensive knowledge about the garment production process in factories from sampling until shipment

• Strong personal skills and ability to resolve conflict

• Able and willing to work under pressure.

• Good PC knowledge (Windows XP, Word, Excel)

Compensation & Other Benefits

Monthly Gross Salary BDT. 225,000 to BDT. 250,000
