Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves working on both existing and new software development projects. You will collaborate with our Australian customers and Dhaka development team to drive business requirements, ensure smooth project execution, and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and technical requirements
• Prepare and maintain clear, structured documents such as BRDs, SRS, user stories, and process flows
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, features, and system behavior
• Create and refine wireframes, use cases, and acceptance criteria
• Maintain up-to-date documentation throughout the SDLC, ensuring traceability
• Assist in translating UI/UX concepts into technical documentation
• Document system changes, API specs, and integration requirements
• Coordinate with developers and QA to ensure documentation aligns with deliverables
• Conduct reviews and walkthroughs of documentation with technical and non-technical teams
• Track changes, manage version control, and ensure documentation consistency
• Support QA teams with requirement-based test case mapping
• Facilitate smooth handovers and onboarding through well-organized documentation
• Communicate clearly with both clients and internal teams to refine and clarify documentation needs
