Responsibilities & Context

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Business Analyst (TBA) to play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for deeply understanding and analyzing business needs, expertly coordinating project activities, and confidently delivering product demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, ensure project success, and have a direct impact on our product development process

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Needs Analysis:

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to uncover, clarify, and document their specific business needs and challenges.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
• Translate these needs into clear, concise, and actionable technical specifications for development teams.
• Conduct thorough gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current systems and desired outcomes.
• Develop and present comprehensive business analysis reports and documentation to key decision-makers.

2. Project Coordination:

• Craft detailed project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Meticulously coordinate project activities, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Facilitate seamless communication between project stakeholders, including clients, developers, and management.
• Proactively monitor project progress, identify and address roadblocks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure successful project delivery within established scope, budget, and deadlines.

3. Product Demonstration:

• Develop a strong understanding of the product’s features and functionalities to confidently deliver product demonstrations and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Tailor product demos to address the specific needs and requirements of each audience.
• Effectively capture feedback from clients during demos and relay it back to the development team for continuous product improvement.
• Create engaging and informative demo scripts and materials to support impactful product demonstrations.
