Proficiency in documentation tools such as:
o Microsoft Office, Google Work space
o Confluence, Notion, or similar documentation platforms·

Experience using version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket·

Familiarity with software development concepts (e.g., REST APIs, CI/CD, cloud platforms)·

Understanding of programming languages like (Python, JavaScript, Java, Flutter, SQL) is a plus·
Understanding of OOP concept.·
Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Other Requirements
Excellent command of the English language (grammar, structure, tone)
Ability to explain complex technical concepts
Strong editing and proofreading skills.
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, PMs, and QA.
Ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
Understanding of versioning, changelogs, and release documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Curious about learning new technical concepts and software products quickly

User manuals – guides for end-users to operate the software
API documentation – instructions for developers to integrate or use the software’s API
System documentation – describes the software’s architecture, codebase, and logic for internal use
Installation guides – how to set up or deploy the software
Release notes – what’s new, fixed, or changed in each version
Test plans or specs – outlines of how the software should be tested
