Responsibilities & Context

Job Context:

Riseup Labs is looking for a Technical Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and informative content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts, excellent writing skills, and the ability to adapt content for different platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and publish technical content, including blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and FAQs.
• Develop SEO-optimized content to improve visibility and reach.
• Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched, and aligns with the brand voice.
• Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools.
• Improve content based on audience engagement and feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and competitors’ strategies.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
• Coordinate with other teams for content distribution and keyword optimization.
• Maintain a content calendar for regular and timely updates.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Share and promote content across social media platforms to drive engagement.
• Respond to comments, questions, and discussions related to published content.
• Collaborate with the design team for visual content, info-graphics, and videos.
• Work closely with developers, testers, and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
