Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., BBA, Engineering, Data Analysis, Technical Writing) or equivalent experience.

Experience

Responsibilities & Context

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Draftsman and Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong drafting and documentation skills in both Bengali and English, coupled with expertise in business analysis and the creation of professional PowerPoint presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and Documentation:

  • Create draft writings for project documentation, reports, and presentations in both Bengali and English.
  • Ensure all drafts and documents comply with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with project teams to gather necessary information for documentation.

Analysis:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to projects using Excel.
  • Create detailed data reports and summaries to support decision-making processes.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros) to streamline data analysis.
  • Present data findings and insights in a clear and concise manner.

PowerPoint Presentations:

  • Develop visually appealing and informative PowerPoint presentations for project proposals, progress reports, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Incorporate charts, graphs, and other visual elements to effectively communicate data and project information.
  • Ensure presentations are clear, concise, and tailored to the audience’s needs.
