Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in working in the similar position in a NGO or INGO.
• Experience in water-saving technologies, climate-resilient farming, and capacity development.
• Strong knowledge of modern agricultural techniques, soil fertility management, and sustainable agricultural practices.
• Excellent training and facilitation skills.
• Good computer knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel, Power Point, E-mailing, Google drive, Zoom, etc.)
• Ability in report writing and documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work in rural settings and travel frequently

Responsibilities & Context

Project Period: 13 March 2025-12 March 2027

• Age must be below 45 years
• Develop implementation guideline of the project activities.
• Provide technical expertise on sustainable agricultural practices, crop management, and climate-resilient agriculture.
• Conduct research and develop innovative solutions for water-saving technologies.
• Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning modules to address identified capacity gaps in technical, management, and operational skills
• Train farmers, irrigation well owners, and agricultural entrepreneurs on irrigation water saving technologies
• Design and develop IEC materials, training modules, and technical manuals.
• Conduct field research, surveys, and studies according to project requirements.
• Support project teams in implementing project activities effectively.
• Maintain close communication and coordination with project teams to achieve project targets within project timelines and objectives.
• Provide guideline for business model development and capacity building for agri entrepreneurs.
• Collaborate with government agencies, research institutions, and other stakeholders to enhance agricultural development.
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of implemented activities.
• Provide ongoing support to project staff in applying newly acquired skills to their daily work.
• Prepare activity-wise program report, periodic reports, case studies, project final report and presentations on project outcomes.
• Should have a valid driving license of driving motor bike.
• Computer skill on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Must stay in the project area.
