Responsibilities & Context
Responsibilities & Context:
- Planning, organizing, managing and monitoring the overall activities of Breeder Farms and Hatcheries with high environmental and biosecurity standards.
- Preparing SOPs and all types of Record Keeping Formats related to bird health management, feeding management, vaccination programs, Lighting management, Production and other related records.
- Preparing various types of variance reports (standard vs. Actual) related to bird health, feeding, body weight, production etc.
- Preparation of yearly DOC production plan and act accordingly to achieve the set target & ensuring maximum output from the breeds and machineries
- Overseeing full operation and Provide all Technical & Managerial support related to Breeder Farm & Hatchery management.
- Responsible for providing technical assistance for capacity building of farm/hatchery manpower.
