Overview:

As the Technical Head/Co-Founder of a software company specializing in Laravel, Java, Python, and PHP-based software, SaaS, web, and app development, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the company’s operations. Your role will involve strategic planning, team leadership, project management, and client interaction to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The company operates in international marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork and caters to customized software, app, and web development needs for a global clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using Laravel, Java, Python, and PHP.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with the executive team to define the company’s technical strategy and roadmap.
• Identify new opportunities in the market and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Drive the development of new products and services in alignment with business goals.

Project Management:

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Ensure effective resource allocation and workload management.

Team Development:

• Recruit, train, and retain top technical talent.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Client Interaction:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients.Understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality, tailored solutions.

Marketplaces and Business Development:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company’s presence on international marketplaces like Fiverr and Upwork.
• Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to attract and retain clients from these platforms.
• Quality Assurance:Implement and maintain robust QA processes to ensure the delivery of bug-free, high-performing software.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

Infrastructure Management:

• Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of development and production environments.
• Ensure the security and scalability of the company’s technical infrastructure.

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Develop and manage the technical budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Prepare regular reports on project status, technical challenges, and team performance.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all projects and processes.
