Job Description / Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop garment samples and prototypes.
Review and provide technical input on garment designs, specifications, and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
Create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials and finishes.
Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
Establish and enforce quality control processes to monitor the production of garments.
Conduct inspections and tests at various stages of production to identify and address any quality issues, ensuring that garments meet the required standards.
General supervision and technical guidance to the QA Staff in the analysis, design, testing, and quality of production.
