We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with expertise in the Django-React/Vue-Postgres/MySQL stack to spearhead the development of our innovative real estate marketplace. Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and efficient development processes.
Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions, primarily using Django for backend development, while selecting the most appropriate frontend technology based on project needs.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
Actively participate in coding and problem-solving, leading the team in utilizing Django for backend work and making informed decisions on the frontend stack.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and milestones. Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Address complex technical challenges and provide innovative, scalable solutions that align with the project’s objectives.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication across development and cross-functional teams.
Oversee testing and deployment processes to ensure the platform meets high standards of performance, reliability, and security.
Maintain and update technical documentation, including system architecture, codebase, and API documentation.
Implement and enforce version control best practices using Git. Ensure efficient management of code repositories, branching strategies, and conflict resolution.
Oversee deployment and scaling of applications with a focus on optimizing resources and ensuring seamless performance.
