• Managing the Technical Team on the floor
• Follow up Line/machine Feeding
• Training & developing technical team
• Technical Issues Solving in the production
• Follow up the Quick Change Over and QCO Reports
• Approving patterns for bulk production
• Daily addressing technical team (communication within Tech team & other Departments)
• Discussing Previous day issues & Technical Solution
• Follow up inline/fabric technical process maintain the Quality
• Size set evaluation, pattern adjustment for bulk production
• Maintain basic discipline & 6S
