Responsibilities & Context

• Working method should be easy to understand.

• Sewing techniques and handling should improve continuously.
• Introduce methods to prevent defects from the needle point.
• Need close co ordination with IE department for continuous improvement.
• Need to solve all sort of quality problems in cutting, sewing and finishing.
• Co-ordinate with buyers, buying offices for continual improvements.
• Sound knowledge of all types of sewing machines mechanical system.
• Ability to handle all types of sewing machines and making sample.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of fabric constructions and fabric behaviors
• Capable to handle all types of office management software like, office XP, ERP, CAD.
• Can capable accurate time & action plan.
• Capable to understand perfect marker consumption & booking.
• Capable of all types of fashion pattern, specially in woven top.
