Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Minimum Postgraduate Degree from a recognized university.
- Additional professional qualifications in Apparel Manufacturing, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering will be considered an advantage.
Experience
-
- At least 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- Pattern Development
- CAD System
- Fabric Consumption
- Sewing Process Development
- Process Optimization
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Technical Manager in the garments industry.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and team management capabilities.
Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and manage all technical activities related to garment production.
- Develop and approve garment patterns using CAD systems.
- Analyze and optimize fabric consumption to minimize wastage.
- Develop, improve, and standardize sewing processes.
- Drive process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
- Coordinate with Product Development, IE, Production, and Merchandising teams.
- Provide technical guidance and training to the production and technical teams.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
