Education
- Bachelor degree in agriculture, Rural Development, or related field.
Experience
- At least 3 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
Additional Requirements
- Team building capacity
- Strong technical, facilitation, and reporting skills
- Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
- Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
- Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
- Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
- Able to operate virtual platform like Zoom/Team etc.
Responsibilities & Context
- Deliver training and technical support for VSLS groups on savings, credit management, and financial literacy.
- Oversee FFS sessions promoting climate-resilient agriculture and improved farming practices.
- Develop training materials and facilitate workshops for community facilitators and beneficiaries.
- Monitor and evaluate VSLS and FFS activities, ensuring compliance with project standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and prepare timely technical reports.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen linkages for financial services and agricultural inputs.
