Work experience with international humanitarian organizations and non-government organizations.
Skills in computer & software.

Responsibilities & Context

Alliance for cooperation and legal aid Bangladesh (ACLAB), a national NGO working in Bangladesh for the past 35 years in the development sector, is inviting application for the below-mentioned position in Bhasanchar, Hatiya, Noakhali.

Project: Support to FDMN in Bhasanchar in WASH sector.

Supported by: BRAC, Pooled fund.

Working Station: 100% at Bhasanchar, Rohingya camp, Hatiya, Noakhali.

Job Description:

Carry out regular field visits to monitor & support overall hygienic environment and cleanliness of sanitation services. Take necessary measures for rectification with support from the beneficiary community.
Ensure participation of beneficiary communities in the program implementation process and seek their commitment to future maintenance.
Extensively support field staff, Hygiene Promoters/Volunteers in the delivery of effective community awareness including the adoption of best practices and proven approaches.
Facilitate on-the-job training to build capacity of field staff/volunteers on hygiene promotion activities and dissemination of hygiene promotion sessions.
Validate the relevance of the hygiene awareness related messages considering cultural sensitivity, religious and adaptable the capacity of the beneficiary community.
Communicate with local stakeholders to find efficient and effective solutions to hygiene-related problems on the ground.
Reporting documentation and coordination.

Salary & Other Benefits

Monthly salary BDT 40,000.00 consolidated.
Other benefits will be applicable as per project budget.
