Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a delivery-focused Technical Project Manager who can lead project execution with a strong emphasis on timelines, code quality, and team mentorship. You will guide the development team to deliver optimized, secure, and scalable solutions across various tech stacks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project delivery with a sharp focus on timelines and client expectations.
• Mentor and support development teams to follow best practices and coding standards.
• Ensure delivery of secure, efficient, and well-architected code across MERN, Laravel, WordPress, and Shopify projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams to align deployment and testing strategies.
• Conduct regular code review checkpoints and risk assessments.
• Facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and progress reporting using JIRA
