We are looking for an experienced and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing software development projects, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Project Planning & Execution:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of developers, designers, and QA engineers. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
Manage client expectations and ensure alignment with project goals.
Budget & Resource Management: Estimate project costs and manage budgets effectively.
Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project outcomes.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
Oversee testing processes and ensure thorough documentation.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes.
Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity.
