• Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the SEO field or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on deep technical SEO expertise.

• Strong troubleshooting capabilities to identify and fix technical errors.

• Understanding of search engine algorithms and indexing issues.

• Familiarity with canonical tags, site speed optimization, mobile usability, schema data, and silo structure.

• Understanding of Topical Authority concepts and Semantic SEO.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze website performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. 

• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive audits to identify technical issues affecting site performance, crawlability and indexation.

• Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and drive traffic.

• Identify and resolve issues such as broken links, duplicate content, site architecture, internal linking challenges, crawlability concerns, and server errors.

• Ensure the website is optimized for mobile devices, improving accessibility for users across different platforms.

• Perform in-depth keyword analysis and competitor research, focusing on on-page SEO to optimize overall website content.

• Create a content strategy plan, oversee production, and provide guidance for the content team to ensure alignment with SEO goals.

• Optimize website content using entity-based strategies and implement topical authority techniques to improve relevance and authority.

• Implement white-hat link-building strategies to acquire quality backlinks and increase digital PR efforts.

• Work closely with web developers to ensure that technical SEO best practices are integrated into the website’s performance and functionality.

• Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console (GSC), along with other analytics tools to track progress and identify improvement areas.
