Additional Requirements

Maintain contact and liaison with reference group like BUET, LGED, PWD, PGCB, PDB, WASA, DESA, RHD etc.
Arrange various workshop, mason-meet, user meet, and events, campaign, program, seminar for engineers.
Meet with the owners of ongoing projects like; House owner, Engineers and Masons.
Promote company’s brands in all institutional development sectors.
To address customer complaints and coordinate with Supervisors.
To interact with consumers and provide information about products or services.
Frequent field visit for Technical Support to the Sales Team to meet the sales target.
Maintain regular communication channel with client to promote own brand to use in their construction work.
Solve technical claims of own brands as a client service.·
Responsible for giving engineering and technical support to client.
Submit all report of the designated area, which include monthly achievement, branding activity of Metrocem Group.
