Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient technical assistance to our customers. Your role will involve replying to customer inquiries via email, offering guidance on product usage, and creating technical support documentation for our website. We seek a candidate with excellent English writing skills, a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Job responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via email, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
- Assist customers in maximizing their product usage by offering guidance and troubleshooting assistance.
- Created and maintained comprehensive technical support documentation to assist customers in solving self-service problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Keep abreast of product updates and enhancements to provide accurate information to customers.
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Qualification:
- At least one year of experience in Technical Support Position
- BSc in computer science & engineering
- Ability to work at any shift, day or night
- Highly disciplined about time
