International Customer Support for A2P Messaging solution and service (On Messenger, Social media and Over phone).
Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis form office and Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.
Give support solution to overseas company (www.technexaca.com) and customers.
Monitor and troubleshoot A2P SMS traffic and Analyze SMS campaign performance metrics.
Coordinate with international carriers and aggregators to resolve routing or delivery challenges.
Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
