Education
- Diploma in Engineering in Computer Science, Diploma in Computer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor/Honors

- Work with team environment with spirit and must ability to work in Roster (Day/Night) basis.

- Must expert on communication in English.
Responsibilities & Context
International Customer Support (On Messenger, Social Media and Over phone).
Willingness to work long hours by Roster (Day/Night) basis.
Troubleshooting of database related web-based telecommunication software by 24/7.
Give support solution to overseas company (www.technexaca.com) and customers.
Python, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL based software maintenance and configure.
Reporting daily received and appointed tasks from software systems service.
Reporting regular errors finding from software systems service and solution feedback to management and customers.
Actively participate in all aspects on running web-based software service testing.
Office IT Network Monitoring & Reporting.
