Additional Requirements

4-5 years of proven working experience in the relevant field.
Experience working with Google workspace tools (Docs, sheets, slides, drawing, drive, etc) and MS office package (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, teams, etc.)
The ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently, meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals.
History of published Journals or papers in reputed platforms is a plus.
A portfolio of technical writings will be an added advantage.
Ability to relate with a diverse group of people.
Strong aptitude to learn and understand new topics, tools and technologies.

Who we are looking for?

We are looking for a highly experienced technical writer who will be responsible for preparing instruction manuals, white papers, case studies and Academic papers with the main goal to communicate complex, technical information following guidelines of the given context, while maintaining high quality of writing. The incumbent will be responsible for doing extensive research on a given topic to produce writing that can be acceptable in high level research publishing platforms. Ability to do research, Attention to detail, accuracy of information and Grammer, authenticity of the writing (plagiarism check) and ability to produce relevant visuals (graphs/charts/infographics) to support the writing are the must have skills for this role. He/she may also work with the Product Team, Development Team, Program Management Team and Sales Team to prepare the necessary technical documentation required for ReliSource and its clients. The writing skills must include but not limited to: Academic papers, Reseach papers, Journals, white papers, User Manuals, Product Installation Guides, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Company Documents, Annual Reports, and Help Files. A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness and good communication skills is a must for this position. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not possess such skills.

Overview of the Responsibilities:

Research paper Writing.

White paper writing.
Technical Content Writing.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Writing.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Writing.
Requirement Documentation and other product documentation.

Job Requirements:

Working with the C-level and Managerial team to come up with research-based writings on wide variety of science and technology topics
In depth understanding and experience of Academic papers, Research papers, Journals writing and required acceptance criteria in different science and technology paper publishing platforms
Doing independent research on topics to propose writing topics on science and technological development
Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions, while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Independently gather information from the internet and subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation
Collaborate with subject matter experts in order to ensure that specialized topics are appropriately addressed and discussed
Producing graphs, charts and infographics to support writings
Incorporating feedback and changes as necessary
Ability to produce high quality writing that has minimal plagiarism without help of AI tools.
