We, authorized representative of Libyan Iron and Steel Company (LISCO) – A leading steel company in Libya, are seeking highly skilled professionals with 5+ years of experience in steel manufacturing, particularly in block and rolling mill operations (experience in Bangladesh or abroad preferred). Below are the open positions for 10 technicians with competitive salary packages and benefits.

1. Crane Electrical Maintenance Technician (Category: Electrical Maintenance)

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years in maintaining overhead cranes (Hitachi Sumitomo preferred).
• Expertise in PLC, motor controls, and fault diagnostics.
• Familiarity with block/rolling mill environments.

2. Block Mill Roll Electrical Maintenance Technician (Category: Electrical Maintenance)

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with roll mill electrical systems (sensors, drives, panels).
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance in rolling mills.
• Exposure to international steel plants (Bangladesh/Gulf experience desirable).

3. Mechanical Technician (Category: Mechanical Maintenance)

Requirements:

• Certification/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in industrial mechanical maintenance (rolling mills preferred).
• Proficiency in gearbox, bearing, and alignment repairs.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals.

4. Hydraulic Technician (Category: Hydraulic Systems)

Requirements:

• Diploma in Hydraulics/Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with hydraulic systems in rolling mills.
• Skilled in troubleshooting pumps, valves, and cylinders.
• Knowledge of hydraulic schematics and ISO standards.

5. Block Mill Roll Maintenance Technician (Category: Mechanical Maintenance)

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Specialization in roll grinding, balancing, and wear analysis.
• 5+ years in rolling mill maintenance.
• Understanding of metallurgy in roll manufacturing.

6. CNC Machine Grinder (Category: Precision Machining)

Requirements:

• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Tool Engineering.
• Experience with CNC grinding machines (rolling mill rolls preferred).
• Ability to program and operate surface grinders.
• Knowledge of tolerances and metallurgical properties.
