Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Chemical Industries, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG), Packaging Industry, Paint, Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Toiletries
Responsibilities & Context
- Hands-on experience as a PLC Operator in FMCG/Manufacturing environments.
- Strong experience in Automatic Processing Systems, High-Speed Filling and Packing Machines, and production equipment maintenance.
- Experience in leading a team of 10-15 direct reports.
- Sound knowledge of 5S, HVAC, GMP, EHS, WTP, Compressed Air Systems, and HWG.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, RCA, CAPA, and machine reliability improvement.
- Experience in maintenance of motors, drives, sensors, pumps, valves, compressors, mixers, and utility systems.
