Responsibilities & Context
- The role of a Technician (Production) involves managing the production process.
- Ensuring the required materials are available for production, and factory is safe for all workers. Inspecting and testing finished product.
- Identifying faults and troubleshooting wherever possible.
- Monitor production processes, identify any issues or deviations from specifications, and take corrective action as necessary.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent and accurate production outcomes
- Scheduling training sessions and workshops as required.
