- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in outerwear or technical apparel.
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, sewing operations, finishing, and quality control.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage workflow, and uphold production standards.
- Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

We are currently seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated Technicians/Supervisors to join our dynamic Production team. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production floor/line.
- Ensure smooth operation of assigned production lines.
- Monitor production output to meet daily targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Troubleshoot issues in sewing, finishing, or quality processes and implement timely solutions.
- Provide guidance and support to operators and line staff to maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and other departments to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Work Environment & Conditions
- Position is based full-time at our manufacturing facility in Cumilla.
- Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required during peak production periods or system improvements.
