Additional Requirements

You hold a Degree or Diploma in clothing/fashion technology or a related subject, or have equivalent experience.
With a strong understanding of garment construction techniques, pattern making, and sewing processes, you bring at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the RMG sector.
Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with various fabrics, trims, and finishes are essential.
Self-driven and motivated: You are capable of acting swiftly and efficiently.
You demonstrate a methodical and innovative approach to problem-solving.

You will ensure garment quality and compliance by monitoring production and quality metrics, conducting inspections, and performing tests.
Collaborate with designers, pattern makers, and suppliers to develop and evaluate garment samples and prototypes by giving technical input on design and construction methods to ensure feasibility and manufacturability.
You will create and maintain detailed technical specifications for garments, including measurements, construction techniques, materials, and finishes. Ensure that specifications comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
You will conduct fit evaluations, analyze measurements, and provide feedback to achieve the desired fit and silhouette.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency and reduce costs without compromising quality.
Provide technical guidance and training to teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.
