Responsibilities & Context

• Job Summary: We seek a motivated and confident Female Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of telesales or customer service experience and excellent communication skills. She will manage inbound and outbound calls, respond to social media inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer support throughout the sales journey.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide clear information on products/services.

• Manage customer communication through social media platforms (Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Maintain detailed records of calls, messages, and customer interactions in CRM systems.

• Assist in order processing, delivery coordination, and post-sale customer follow-up.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to support ongoing campaigns.

• Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at all times.
