Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for some motivated & dynamic professional for the position of Tele Executive Officer.
- Maintain client database & communications through phone calls & emails.
- Tracking, recording and reporting results on a daily basis to the team leader.
- Must be able to convince clients with the smartest ways.
- Maintaining relationship with all potential & existing guests.
- You must have a good voice & convincing power over phone.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
- Focus on how to promote more sales.
- Others duty will assign by Management.
- Excellent communication skills both English and Bengali.
