- Expertise in Social Media Marketing including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skill.
- Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working.
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video editing Tool, SEO & Word-press based website development skills are welcome.
- You must possess your own Android Mobile phone.
- You have to use official SIM for client communication, if you are selected.
Responsibilities & Context
Swosti [a Bdjobs.com sister concern] is a leading software development organization, currently focusing on Micro-finance application development for MFIs, Credit Cooperatives and Multi-Purposes in Bangladesh.
- At Swosti, your regular activities will be calling (phone calls) unsolicited clients, exploring web and social media to find potential clients.
- The position will require efficient use of tele-marketing tools and digital channels.
- We are looking for an energetic individual (Female) who has necessary skill, attitude and capacity to market & promote our brand utilizing all possible and feasible tools & channels digitally. We expect you to independently plan and implement digital and promotional campaign to raise existing brand to the higher level.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Make unsolicited, cold phone-calls utilizing Mobile, Whatsapp, Messenger, Imo etc. and close the sale.
- Explore existing promotional & marketing activities of the company and improve & maintain those to tap full benefits of digital, promotional & other sales activities.
- Utilize various social media like Facebook, Web, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc. to increase sales and promotional activities.
- Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting.
- Make presentation to clients physically or online.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
