Expertise in Social Media Marketing including (but not limited to) Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, managing digital campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and people management skill.
Must be Enthusiastic, Pro-active, Punctual, Honest and Hard-working.
Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Video editing Tool, SEO & Word-press based website development skills are welcome.

You must possess your own Android Mobile phone.
You have to use official SIM for client communication, if you are selected.

Responsibilities & Context

Swosti [a Bdjobs.com sister concern] is a leading software development organization, currently focusing on Micro-finance application development for MFIs, Credit Cooperatives and Multi-Purposes in Bangladesh.

At Swosti, your regular activities will be calling (phone calls) unsolicited clients, exploring web and social media to find potential clients.
The position will require efficient use of tele-marketing tools and digital channels.
We are looking for an energetic individual (Female) who has necessary skill, attitude and capacity to market & promote our brand utilizing all possible and feasible tools & channels digitally. We expect you to independently plan and implement digital and promotional campaign to raise existing brand to the higher level.

Job Description / Responsibility

Make unsolicited, cold phone-calls utilizing Mobile, Whatsapp, Messenger, Imo etc. and close the sale.
Explore existing promotional & marketing activities of the company and improve & maintain those to tap full benefits of digital, promotional & other sales activities.
Utilize various social media like Facebook, Web, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp etc. to increase sales and promotional activities.
Manage all online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales conversion, and reporting.
Make presentation to clients physically or online.
Any other task assigned by the management.
