Responsibilities & Context

• Create new clients / customer database.
• Receive & make calls to the customers.
• Capable to handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
• Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
• Collect customer feedback.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.
• Achieve monthly Lead target & collection.
• Daily outbound call target 60-80 (effective communication).Make market research and analysis and provide professional sales and marketing strategy for sales.
• The candidate will be responsible for looking after client quarries, product promotion activities, Counseling Clients, arranging corporate sales meetings, tele-marketing activities to create customer relationships, site visits with clients, daily sales reporting to superiors, and attend local fairs/events for Business developments.
• Look after direct sales, promotional activities.
• Ability to Talk with Customer over the Cell Phone.
• Build and manage overall sales plan, activity plan, resource needed to accomplish the Sale Target.
• Regular basis visits the market to get new clients and business opportunities.
• Maintain, develop relationship with existing & new Customers through physical visit, telephone or emails.
• Excellent Communication skill with customers in appropriate accent.
• Good command in Microsoft office specially excels for daily reporting & others.
• Market visit & creating market opportunity in Outdoor Advertising.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Able to Manage Team.
• Online & Social Media Marketing.
• Able to take care customer relationship.
• Prepare & submit daily activities report and visit plans to the Management.
• Suggesting products that meet clients’ needs and informing clients about product details.
• Managing existing & potential customers through regular client visits & follow-up.
• Building an effective relationship with the client & maintain the client database in a proper way.
• Perform digital marketing activities through social media & other ways as well.
• Any other task assigned by management.
