Provide detailed information about our destinations, accommodations, and tour packages.
Close sales deals by effectively communicating the value of our services and addressing any concerns or objections.
Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and customer information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide informed recommendations to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, striving to achieve customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators set by the company. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
