Job Summary: ETTA BD is looking for a dedicated and motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our growth by managing customer inquiries, handling sales calls, and engaging with prospects across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate must be comfortable communicating over the phone, possess a strong understanding of customer needs, and be ready to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Only male candidates are eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Tele Sales: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our courses and close sales.
  • Handle Inquiries: Manage and respond to customer queries from different social media platforms in a professional and timely manner.
  • Drive Engagement: Build relationships with customers through personalized communication, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Social Media Support: Assist in managing customer interactions on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
  • Adapt to Startup Culture: Embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with working in an early-stage startup, with a focus on continuous learning and growth.
  • Qualifications: Comfortable with Phone Communication: Must be at ease making and receiving sales calls.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Experience in Tele Sales: Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Bangla.
  • Startup Mindset: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with an eagerness to learn and adapt.

Working Hours: Six days a week, 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. (Work from Office).
