– Keep our CRM system updated with client information and interactions.
– Provide support and information to clients over the phone.
– Update clients about their services and handle their questions.
– Work with our team to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
– Track and report on communication performance.
Qualifications:
– Experience in a telecommunication role.
– Knowledge of CRM systems.
