Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:

We are looking for Telemarketing Interns for a 6-month internship who will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, and promoting our products and services. The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally. Additionally, interns will be responsible for maintaining work-related documents, handling emails, and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services.
• Generate leads and assist in converting them into sales.
• Follow up with interested leads to support the sales process.
• Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Maintain and organize all work-related documents, including customer databases, call logs, reports, and internal communications.
• Assist in achieving sales and engagement targets.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide necessary information.
• Manage emails, respond promptly, and follow up.
• Ensure timely responses to customer queries and internal communications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize conversion rates.
