Responsibilities & Context
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote the company’s real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns, inquiries and other sources.
- Handling incoming customer calls to answer queries, resolve complaints and provide information.
- Following up on leads or past interactions to maintain customer relationships and boost sales conversions.
- Provide detailed information about the properties, pricing and availability.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects to visit the property site or meet with the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and offer tailored solutions to match their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of communication with prospects in CRM systems. Day-to-day data entry into the software.
- Achieve daily/week/monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Providing regular reports on call performance, lead figures and customer feedback to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to drive overall project success.
- Any task assigned by the Head of the department.
