Responsibilities & Context

Job Overview:

• We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Expert to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketing Expert, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services effectively. The ideal candidate will have a persuasive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients for targeted sales.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
• Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
• Respond to customer questions with accurate information.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
• Record customer details and details of transactions.
• Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives.
• Achieve specified sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
• Handle customer objections and close sales proficiently.
• Maintain customer/potential customer databases.
• Follow up on initial contacts.
• Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.
