Job Overview:
- We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Expert to join our dynamic sales team. As a Telemarketing Expert, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services effectively. The ideal candidate will have a persuasive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services.
- Create and maintain a database of prospective clients for targeted sales.
- Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Describe products and services verbally and clearly to customers.
- Respond to customer questions with accurate information.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers.
- Record customer details and details of transactions.
- Confirm orders placed with field sales representatives.
- Achieve specified sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
- Handle customer objections and close sales proficiently.
- Maintain customer/potential customer databases.
- Follow up on initial contacts.
- Complete records of telephonic interactions, orders, and accounts.
