Education
- O Level, A Level, HSC, Diploma, Bachelor/Honors
- O-Level, A-Level, HSC, or Bachelor’s Degree in BBA.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- Fluency in English is a MUST.
- Comfortable with Night Shift- Mon-Fri (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Committed to working for a minimum of 6 Months.
- Freshers with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context
- Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Sell services / products over the phone as per the instructions provided.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Manage large number of inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and close sales.
- Follow provided scripts and adapt to different topics.
- Identify customer needs, clarify queries, and provide solutions.
- Sell services/products over the phone based on instructions.. Achieve both personal and team performance targets.
