Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads
• Present and promote products/services to potential customers
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
