Responsibilities & Context

• Manage and submit tenders through the e-GP platform.

• Search, select, and report on tenders on a daily basis.

• Prepare and submit tender documents, tender security, and performance security.

• Proficient in LTM and OTM processes, including necessary turnover calculations and tender bill issuance.

• Participate in pre-bid meetings and conduct a thorough analysis of tender qualification criteria.

• Gather required information through site visits and perform cost estimation for tenders.

• Maintain relationships with government and private organizations and regularly manage tender activities.

• Handle tasks related to e-tender submission, bank guarantees, and performance guarantees.

• Possess knowledge of the Public Procurement Regulation (PPR) 2008 and Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2006.

• Analyze the current market for tenders and identify new business opportunities.
