Area of experience: Should be an expert in handling EGP Tender (Govt. / Private Tender)
Excellent communication skills & typing speed in both Bengali and English Language.

Skills & Expertise

Must follow the sales process (visiting clients/tender authorities, prospecting new clients, preparing and submitting offers/EGP tender, conducting initial meetings, and closing sales).
Must have work experience on EGP Tender, Manual Tender, OTM Tender, RFP, RFQ.
Need to identify, analyze, and respond to E-Tenders and procurement opportunities on various platforms.
Need to develop a strategic approach to bidding, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Must need to manage bidding budgets, resources, and deadlines.
Familiarity with E-Tendering platforms and government procurement processes.
Prepare comprehensive and compelling bids, ensuring all requirements are met.
Submit bids on time, adhering to submission guidelines and deadlines.
To ensure on-time and high-quality proposal submissions.
Sound knowledge about cost estimation/less or above bidding.
Create essential documents such as technical proposals, price quotations, commercial invoices, and capability statements.
Ensure all documentation complies with the standards and requirements of respective E-Tender and procurement platforms.
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of all relevant matters to the management as required.
Report timely to senior management regarding forecast order status with client feedback about pricing.
Strongly maintain a business communication network and relationship with all concerned departments/sectors.
Follow the other task as directed or assigned by the Team Leader.
